Pressure Calibration

Düzce Calibration certifies your process safety by offering accredited and on-site calibration solutions for all your manometers and pressure sensors in the range of -1 bar to 700 bar, in accordance with ISO 17025 standards.

Pressure Calibration ; In industrial facilities, power plants, and laboratory processes, pressure control plays a critical role in both operational efficiency and occupational safety. We offer accredited pressure calibration services with international validity across a wide range from -1 bar to 700 bar.

Using traceable reference devices in compliance with TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards, we minimize error margins and document the measurement accuracy for all pressure measurement instruments in your facilities.

What is Pressure Calibration and Why Should It Be Done?

Pressure calibration is the comparison of the value displayed by a pressure gauge, transmitter, or transducer against a high-precision reference device (such as a deadweight tester or a digital pressure calibrator) with a known accuracy.

The primary reasons for regular calibration of pressure devices are:

  • Occupational Safety: Pre-detects potential explosion or leakage risks in lines operating under high pressure.
  • Process Efficiency: Standardizes product quality by preventing pressure fluctuations in production processes.
  • Energy Savings: Accurately measuring systems reduce unnecessary compressor or pump loads, leading to cost savings.
  • Legal Audits: Fulfills the traceability requirement mandatory under ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.

Pressure Device Groups We Service

Pressure Calibration ; With our Rezonans Calibration laboratory and expert field team, we provide both laboratory and on-site services for the following device groups:

Device GroupMeasurement Details
Analog and Digital ManometersBourdon tube, capsule diaphragm, and digital displays.
Pressure Transmitters and TransducersIndustrial sensors with 4-20 mA or 0-10V outputs.
Vacuum Gauges (Vacuummeters)Devices measuring negative pressure (vacuum).
Pressure SwitchesSwitches that provide contact at a set pressure value.
Differential Pressure GaugesFilter clogging and flow rate measurement devices.

Technical Edge and Process Management of Rezonans Calibration

Pressure calibration is not just a numerical comparison; it is an analysis of environmental conditions and device mechanics.

  • Wide Measurement Range: Low-pressure measurements with pneumatics (air) and high-pressure measurements up to 700 bar with hydraulics (oil or pure water).
  • Hysteresis and Repeatability: Our measurements are performed at both increasing and decreasing pressure values to report the mechanical return errors (hysteresis) of the device.
  • Compliance with Standards: Calibration procedures are carried out using methodologies in line with the Euramet cg-17 guidelines.
  • Fast Certification: Your certificates, including measurement uncertainty calculations and accreditation logos, are delivered in digital or printed format as quickly as possible.

Why Düzce Calibration?

  • Accredited Competence: Service infrastructure fully compliant with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
  • High Precision: A reference device fleet with low measurement uncertainty.
  • On-Site Service: Calibration solutions at your location for large-scale devices that cannot be removed from the line.
  • Holistic Approach: A single-point solution for your other needs, such as Temperature Calibration, alongside your pressure devices.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it mandatory to remove devices for pressure calibration?

No. For devices that are difficult to transport or risky to remove from the line, we can provide on-site calibration services with our mobile teams.

Is the device repaired as a result of calibration?

Calibration is a determination of the measurement status, not an adjustment or repair. However, if there is an out-of-tolerance deviation, our technical team will inform you and suggest adjustment or maintenance if necessary.

Do you calibrate devices above 700 bar?

Within our accreditation scope and laboratory capabilities, we serve up to 700 bar; please consult our technical office for higher values.

What is the validity period of the certificates?

No expiration date appears on the certificate; however, in accordance with industrial standards and quality management systems, it is recommended that pressure devices be calibrated at least once a year.
